Our work with Dash Competitions goes beyond a single deliverable.

The objective was to build a scalable, performance-driven marketing system — one that consistently drives ticket sales while establishing a recognisable and engaging brand in a highly competitive space.

Strategy & Performance

We implemented a structured, full-funnel approach — aligning campaigns with live competitions and guiding users from attention through to conversion.

Paid campaigns (primarily across Meta) are continuously managed and optimised using a test → learn → refine → scale model — improving key metrics such as click-through rate and cost per purchase over time.

Budgets are deployed strategically to generate data quickly, identify what works, and scale efficiently.

Creative & Campaign Development

Creative is central to performance.

We’ve developed and tested a range of ad concepts, messaging angles, and visual approaches — designed to capture attention, communicate value quickly, and drive action.

Each campaign is refined based on real performance data, ensuring continuous improvement rather than one-off results.

Introducing Dash 🐾

A key part of the project has been the introduction of the Dash mascot.

This was a strategic move to strengthen brand identity and stand out in a crowded market.

Dash is now used across campaigns to:

Increase recognition and engagement
Add personality and consistency to the brand
Support key promotions, including mascot-led giveaways
The Outcome

Dash now operates with a structured marketing system designed to deliver consistent performance and support growth.

Rather than relying on isolated campaigns, the brand is moving towards a repeatable, scalable model built on data, creative, and continuous optimisation.
